Yin Teaching Tips
Three-day Yin Yoga Key Teaching Skills
This three-day online course with Norman Blair aims to give Yin yoga teachers greater confidence as teachers, more skills/ideas for their teaching and space to evaluate their understanding of Yin yoga. This course is about how to become a better Yin yoga teacher.
As part of the course, participants will receive 1.5 hour recorded Yin yoga classes from five other teachers (so five classes in total); three books (from a list of ten); a manual and other course material.
The course will be taught using practical work, small groups and group discussion. After the course, participants will attend three two-hour sessions (six hours in total) in small groups of five that are facilitated by Norman.
